When people heard about “Tiga Serangkai” (TS), most of them will know about it. This is because Tiga Serangkai has 45 branches in whole Indonesia. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri (TSPM) is one part of the subsidiary of TS Group and also very well known in the printing and publishing industry in Solo, Indonesia. It has 265 staffs who are working in this company right now. Our core products are School Book (SB) which is provided for elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP), senior high school (SMA) and Islamic School such as Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS) and Madrasah Aliyah (MA). Meanwhile our additional product is General Book (GB) which consists of children books, teenager books and adult books. The GB has various types of field such as Islamic, General Knowledge, Kid’s Story, Kid’s Activity, Novels and so on. But actually our focused are much more in publishing Children Books.
The office hour starts at 7.30am and ends at 4.30pm. It has 5 working days whievery Monday to Thursday. However, Friday is start from 6.30am until 4.30pm because have Aerobic in that morning. All employees are compulsory to attend this activity. The productions will operate everyday, have 2 shifts per day are start from 7am until 7pm and 7pm until 7am. Our priority is customer satisfaction, so that we using the high-tech and modern machine to produce our products. Most of machines are come from Japan. Besides that, we also get the certificate ISO 9001:2000 issues on 26 February 2007. This is our advantage compare to other publishing company, customer will feel confident to using our products.
